CHAPTER 1
HUMANS ARE DELUSIONAL

It’s true.

Whether we like it or not, we all believe things that aren’t true.
And this makes it really hard to make progress.

For example, it’s impossible to make more money if your beliefs about how to make more money do not align with the way the world works.

The reason for this is because your actions follow your beliefs. So if you believe you can grow your business through X, but X isn’t how you actually grow your business. Then no matter how hard you try you will be stuck.

Some call these beliefs Crony Beliefs.
And they explain why so many humans get stuck making little progress.

Even though they keep taking action, their beliefs don’t change, so their actions remain the same, and their results stagnate.

You see, the universe does not care about the way you think the world works, or the way you wish the world works.
It just works the way it works. End of. Period. No arguments.
And if you can’t align your beliefs with the way it actually works, then you won’t be able to operate within its boundaries to get results.

CHAPTER 2

WHY YOUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL ISN’T GROWING QUICKLY

When it comes to growing your YouTube channel, one of those beliefs is “to grow your YouTube channel you just need to be consistent”.

If that were true, how would you explain the dozens of people in this community who have uploaded one video per week for years and still don’t have a sizeable audience?

There’s nothing more frustrating than knowing the power of YouTube, but no matter how hard you try your videos don’t get the reach you think they deserve.

If it were all about consistency what about this guy, who’s uploaded 2,000,000 videos

If consistency were everything, would he not be bigger than Mr. Beast? Who, by the way, has only uploaded 13 videos in the past 6 months?

And, if it were all about consistency, then how would Rian Doris, on a channel with 0 subscribers, and 0 videos, get 1 million views on his first video? And 40,000 subscribers just 8 videos later?
Currently, as of today at 91k subs AND HEYYY number heads IM NOT talking about numbers here, only.

Well, that’s because it’s not just about how many videos you make.
it’s about how good those videos actually are.

This is often referred to as the blockbuster effect.

It’s better to make one world-class video than 10 good videos. Even Mr. Beast said it.

The landscape of YouTube now promotes quality over quantity.

This is a fundamental change in the wind from “just post consistently and get incrementally better over time and you’ll blow up” - which used to be true for the platform

The algorithm has become much more efficient. Good videos get rewarded, and FAST.

It’s now possible to blow up immediately with the right steps, but lots of people still spend a huge amount of time incrementally improving their content on a 3-year roadmap while all around them new giants are emerging and blowing up instantly.

These are those people on the platform who have unlocked a more fundamental understanding of how the algorithm works right now.

Really you should be figuring out how to make a world-class great video.
at leastttttt have a mindset like this. Keep saying this, repeat, say this again, write it, write this every morning or might

“I will make the a world-class video”
And your mind will takeover and act accordingly…

CHAPTER 3

HOW TO BLOW UP YOUR CHANNEL

Lesson 1: START NOW!

I Started Working on YouTube project @ 21 by making cringy videos that I can’t watch myself, good lord
with my language (BANGLA/ Bengali),
and I did pretty well for myself
And with the channel, we were just 3 guys, not friends or strangers. Acquaintance .. actually they are were my students’ friend
Got connected over similar interests … without any stats or benchmark / examples around.

Fuck writing is hard.also my storyline so cool, I get excited xD

We got 1.2k subscribers in 2014, which is HUGE!
First video got 10k views in less than a month … can’t fathom

Long story short - channel was doing great - I found my cheese - ups and downs

Then I stopped (in public platforms) but not really.
I just started fading (I thought) burnout (internet explorer people thought)
hey! Burnout is real but life trained my mind really hard so I don’t want to get away with burnout shit.
Let’s just say, I passed out because body needs rest and mainly because my focus shifted towards the bigger picture!

• I peek-a-booed and saw more cheese factory
• started understanding the game better
• Priorities shifted, grabbed every possible opportunity related to videos/ YouTube and Growth
• Shifted lane and started preparing to up my game in the scene

• Got low-key,

• Excuses, white lies … studying, learning, knowing, binged anything that made sense to me and thought it’ll prolly add up to my plans /end goal

• Real-Life Opportunity Cost experienced: In the entire process, I got lost because I there was literally a lot on my plate and not just limited to YouTube and videos.
• From Mehhhh ROI to Excuses - there was lot going and I discontinued
• additionally, gained weight, lost hair and sad softies I don’t like to sell

I didn't continue, and I was planing to start my OWN YouTube(my root0 Thing and that’s the focus, that’ never shifted, never will.
2014 - 2017 was a prime time and I just vanish from the scene.
But the love of filming… didn’t go anywhere

Every day I wake up, and uploading content is on my mind 24/7
But fucked my drive because of several reasons

A notable thing: creating videos and content is cool and all, but sustaining as a continent creator in Bangladesh is game more like an equation that you need to figure out because our creator economy is not only new but functions a little differently

Oh and also, it's important to mention that the type of videos that I wanted to create takes effort and time now I don't mind giving that time and effort, but in return the ROI let it be at sense or audience understanding, or connecting with me, is not enough or justified. So my plan changed and I got confused
But unfortunately... I listened to this voice, and I believed it.
IP from Content creation to the content business side of it.

And hey, I'm sorry because this is not about my story. The topic was how to grow in a month, so let's focus on you

Why are you talking like me? Can you not put excuses and just identify the problem and seek for the solution?
Yes, I get it at this point you're just calling me a hypocrite because I am asking you to do something that I could not do myself right but I want to tell you something that I have told my peers, Friends clients, and whoever needed to hear this line

Lesson 2: Make videos about what you love 

Let’s take my channel, for example, I started BhaiBrothers Ltd cause I love filming (shooting) moments (scenes) and convey message in my editing style
But why should you make videos about what you love doing?

• You have the most knowledge 
• you’re willing to do it for free (people love free stuff)
• you’re happy in the process of making the videos (editing, scripting, etc…)

Lesson 3: Make Good content

This is the secret of success on YouTube, 
Make good content, and YouTube will recommend your videos to people
Make content that Will touch your viewers and make it CLICK for them, 

That’s when your videos will start to pop off.
And practice to get better… till you LAND/FiND YOUR TEMPLATE and FORMULA!
make the editing, scripting, thumbnails, and everything look good for the viewer!

How do I make YouTube promote my videos?

• Make people click on my video (great thumbnail + title)
• Make people watch the video till the end (good editing + good scripting)
• Scripting: before that, DO YOUR HOMEWORK on the topic that will not only save you time, but also get you a very concise plan

THAT’S IT!
And remove the BS of “youtube algorithm didn’t work in my favor”

If you implement these 2 things that I told you, you’ll be the next Mr. Beast 

(your mind started thinking rn, can I be the next Mr. Beast? Why the hell not?)

if the algorithm "Didn't pick you" That means that you have a problem either in your

1. video,
2. thumbnail,
3. script, or
4. title

Lesson 4: Expect that it’s going to take a looooong time

You see how I grew my channel in 1 month and say:
“WOW, IT’S THAT EASY? I’LL START A YOUTUBE CHANNEL,
AND IN 1 MONTH, I’LL BE RICH”

Don’t compare yourself to any YouTuber's success

I am not any pro video editor, hell not even a good one - I only know basics and I have always made the most of what I got , and I worked with many big channels, creators, labels, and business related to digital or video content

I’ve been on YouTube for 11 years now, and I know how YouTube works, I watch a lot YOUTUBE, grew on YouTube and YouTube helped me turn my passion into an one-man business, and most importantly, helped me so much to evolve1
